Give Him Power

Abraham Lincoln stated that "nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character; give him power." This means that if want to test a man you have give him power to see what kind of man he is. This quote is true because nearly all men have been tested time after time when given power. This can be clearly seen in the novel The Broker by John Grisham. As seen in this novel power given to many single men have been tested through their decisions they make, how they handled their situations, and through their actions.
